Have just had the morning from hell. Working from home I usually get to my desk first thing, then have breakfast an hour later and then back to work, then lunch. Occasionally I might have a fruit snack between breakfast and lunch. That way I can keep my calorie intake at the level that I want it at to give me the weight that I want.
But this morning has been different and the result of that is that I have massively restricted my calorie intake.
Got to the desk as usual but haven't stopped for anything and now am just stopping for breakfast.
So it occurs to me that if you wanted to take in less calories then one way to do it is to be wanting to do something else more than you want to eat. Alternatively if you are trying to increase the number of calories then spend more time when you want to eat more than doing something else.
In different words that could read:
When you want to reduce the chance of eating, be busy doing something else.
or
When you want to increase the chance of eating make sure that you are not doing something else.
It comes back to movitation.
