I want to eat whatever and whenever I want

Now that would be a diet to be on, none of this calorie counting, or forcing myself to exercise, or depriving myself of the foods that I want such as the rest of this packet of biscuits.

Hmm, perhaps that was the diet that I was on and just look what happened to my weight - so instead count calories, force exercise, deny myself the rest of the packet of biscuits - or perhaps that would be better stated as watch calories, exercise well, enjoy the benefits of eating sensibly.

I wonder if there is anyone out there who does eat whatever they want and whenever they want AND they weigh what they want to and if there is, then how do they do it? I am sure it is possible, time to start looking.
