Getting injured is one of my biggest problems in running, working to improve my time takes a lot of running time and the more I run, the more often I get injured which takes time away from training and poorer running times. With that in mind one of my key areas to focus on is to get injured less. And this idea has come from that.
Someone suggested that 2 short runs of 20 minutes each may put less strain on the body than one 40 minute run. This a run morning and another in the evening may be a better way to go. Am experimenting with this at the moment so watch this space.
Have had a bit of a surf round google but haven't found anything one way or the other, am sure that I am just looking in the wrong places..any suggestions?
